As an Executive, you’ll play a key role in analysis, asset modelling, canvassing for new business, preparing submissions and campaign material, and supporting end‑to‑end transaction activity. You’ll be on a clear pathway toward becoming a fully-fledged industrial agent and a core member of our team.Scope of the role includes:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients and maintaining a strong presence in the marketplaceHelping identify potential clients and properties to take to marketAnalysing sales potential using standard valuation and financial modelsActively pursuing new appointment opportunities and nurturing relationships that drive ongoing business for ColliersAssisting in preparing submissions, marketing collateral, Information Memorandums, advertising, signage, videos, and coordinating inspections
